How long has it taken for everybody (for those who qualified) to receive their "fly 3 get one free" ticket? My "1 Mile Refund for Promo" was refunded to my DM account on Sep 4 (2 months ago) and I still have not received my ticket. Any clues?

Call. You should have received a DMX131 cert a LONG time ago.
