Three months ago the Club said they "plan to resume afternoon cheese and cracker platters later this summer."

Has anyone seen any cheese yet???

I was just thinking that same thing a few weeks ago.

I guess "later this summer" could mean they have up until September. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/rolleyes.gif

Well the clubs have been spiffier lately. haven't seen the cheese YET. Perhaps in PIT on the way to DEN. Now folks please tell me if I am still king of the roaches

Instead of the $283.00R/T non stop. I book a conecting flight through PIT-R/T, Cost me $9.00 more @ $293.00. I pick up 2 extra segments and about 800 FF miles.

Also I had a circle trip - PHL-PIT-FLL-PHL that priced out at $1,347.00 So I split it into 2 R/T's for net cost of $777.00 or a savings of $570.00. See Benny you can't win.
Resistance is futile you will be assimulated!

Cheese was spotted (and consumed with appreciation) in IND last night. I didn't see any in PIT but they were closing up for the night by the time I got there...

Cheese in CLT club today! And real Tillamook brand Monterey Jack, not the "synthetic imitation cheese food product" in the little tubs.

I flew an "M" fare so I felt entitled to extra cheese. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Note that cheese is only served during certain hours in some (all?) clubs it appears ... the attenadant in GSO told me it was 4 - 7 PM at their club that it's served.

I saw cheese in PIT multiple times over the summer (PIT-DEN in July, PIT-SEA and PIT-LAS in August). Maybe I just timed it well.

Cheese and crackers, and the espresso machine (actually I use it for tea). Wow, that's fine dining ;-)

Hmm...Great start; will the cheese thread last as long as the Vodka Reports thread? ;)

My question is HOW and WHY do these people revive a thread that's nearly a year old? To add "I found cheese" ???

Dont get me wrong, I'm glad the cheese is back. ^
