Updated bonuses for new credit card signups:

Platinum: 10K (was 7K)
Gold: 7K (was 4K)
Silver: 5K (was 3K)

Linked from the USAirways home page, lower left corner. Not something big, but if anyone was debating signing up, maybe the extra miles would give them the final incentive.

ah, crap. figures. i signed up with the card about six months ago.

i also decided to join the club about six weeks after they jacked the prices. on top of that, i was gp at the time...within a couple weeks of buying my membership, they issued the cp challenge that bumped me up to cp.

they get me every time. grrrr.

Most of the time, you can get 10K for Plat., but in the past it has typically been restricted to non-human (online) signup. I've done it twice in the past few years.

Connecting through CLT last week - I noticed the 10K Platinum signage at the DM Visa registration kiosk between the B&C terminals.

My wife and I both signed up for DM Platinum cards two months ago. When I faced this same situation with BA a few months ago, First USA Bank gave us the extra miles.

Does anyone know if Bank of America will do the same?
