I just purchased a full fare coach ticket for domestic travel. Am I eligible for an automatic upgrade to business class? I know this is the case with UAL and AA.
Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Here's what US Airways has to say bout its "GoFirst" program:

Also, you can purchase upgrades for full-fare tickets.
Good luck with your upgrades!
On US, there are certain fare basis, part of the GoFirst program, called A4COACH, that allow an automatic upgrade (for free) to Domestic First (this doesn't exist for Int'l). It varies by market and is not always available... usually a full-fare coach or close to it. In any market, if you're on a full-fare (Y or most B), you can upgrade anytime in advance into I class as a Preferred, but still requires certificates.
This is definitely NOT TRUE on United. You can upgrade if the space is available in NC or NF class ONLY.
And you must pony up the certs or miles to upgrade. There's nothing equivalent to GoFirst on Untied.
