Been trying to book some award tickets with new online system, but keep getting 'system busy' messages. Been like this for 4 days - anyone getting through?

I did...Yesterday.

Now I can get in, but if I click any link that requires a reload (eg going from the departure/arrival month displayed to the next one, clicking on 'see more departure times', etc) then it chokes.

I've had the same problem 90% of the time. Overall, just an inefficient and unreliable booking system.
