Looks like I might need to do a 'segment run' or two to maintian status.

Any thoughts on the cheapest/shortest destinations to make these runs.

Normally fly from PHL but could drop down to BWI.

Try BWI-BDL, BWI-PVR, or BWI-ALB. Any short route with Southwest competition should work well. And you'll have to connect, so more segments for you. Good luck.

I'd go BWI to BOS. You can fly on the weekends for $88 plus tax, return the same day, connecting through PHL gets you four segments, and BOS is a great city to visit. Go for lunch or something.

I hope you're trying for status so that you can get an elite comp from an airline that actually wants to create customer loyalty.

I figured when you all jumped ship I could get all the upgrades because of less competition ! *LOL*

This one is $16 per segment for 8 segments, including tax.

BWI-BUF $78+tax roundtrip has a three transfer limit (US always a 3 transfer limit). Change in PHL, ISP and ALB each direction. Total with tax is $128.50.

BWI-PHL US3108
PHL-ISP US3935
ISP-ALB US5959
ALB-BUF US3600

BUF-ALB US3597
ALB-ISP US5959
ISP-PHL US3933
PHL-BWI US670

The new $100 DCA-BOS fare looks good for such activities. You can "double shuttle" via LGA. The triple shuttle bonus also nets a few legitmately earned miles.
