My wife has a dividend miles number with both numbers and letters? How can you register for bonuses using dial in #. It seems to only to take a member number with numbers only?

It works fine....if the DM acct nbr is 23A48F2 then the account dialing in would be 232(A=2)483(3=F)2. The PIN is the first four letters of last name ( converted to numbers from phone keypad as well).
