US Airways was previously a "sponsor" on the travelers advantage website (where I book all of my travel). It generally meant 10% off of the advertised prices on most trips. This week I noticed as I was booking a flight that the discount was no longer applicable and the US Air website had a lower price. I then checked the front page of TA and noticed that they were no longer listed as a sponsor.
Not sure if it means anything, but it may have something to do with the code share/orbitz/united thing. I hope we hear something tomorrow.
On a different note, is the code share goes through with United will I be able to collect miles with any of the *A partners for US Air prefered status? I currently fly SAS to Europe quite a bit (direct flight to Copenhagen cant be beat)and have some status on their EuroPass which I would love to roll over to US.
