Next week I am off to MAN with my wife. Our flight is DCA-PHL-MAN. We are traveling same itn. Since I can get to the airport very early that day, can I check in both of us and our baggage if I have both passports? This also would help, as of today we have not yet cleared the waitlist for Envoy.

With post 9/11 security the way it is, I would highly doubt they'd allow someone to check-in w/o actually being there- especially int'l. But that's just my gut feeling.

Even before 9/11 the agent wanted to see my wife in person, always!

They will usually check in your wife, but hold her BP at the counter until she arrives.

Get someone that looks like your wife to stand behind you! Otherwise no dice for BP and I believe no dice for her checkin. However, if you made one reservation for the both of you, your FC time for the reservation will be in effect when you check in.
