I got this offer as well. I flew to STT back in October. My friend as received this but has only flew on USAirways twice.

I did not get this offer, and I flew PHL-STT, SJU-PHL in April. That was my first Caribbean trip in 10 years.

Flew PHL-AUA on an award ticket in April, so I'm not expecting to receive the offer. However, the optimist in me believes it will come my way.

Hmmm... I've done PHL-SJU at least 4 times in as many months and have not received this "targeted" offer; so not sure what could trigger it.

I do recall getting 2500 bonus miles, identified as "San Juan Bonus" after one of my trips though.

Hubby received the offer, after receiving email notication that he should be on the lookout for a special Caribbean offer. We flew to SJU in March. I did not receive the offer! boo hoo

I received the offer and the only Caribbean travel I've ever done with U was an award trip to Cancun earlier this year.
