I just noticed this evening that the link to virtuallythere is no longer found on the home page of usairways.com under travel planning. It took a little digging, but it is now located by going through "contact us" in upper right of homepage. I haven't viewed the sight for a few days...has anyone else tried to find the link?

Also..starting July 1st there should be a toll free number for Consumer Affairs as well as postage paid comment cards inside of Attache' Magazine. This is consistent with something CO did in the mid 90's.

Hmmm... I found it it where it's always been: the last option in the drop down menu under Travel Planning; and the 4th link in that section right on the home page: "Access Itinerary/Receipt and more."
