If so, how long did it take?

I did on April 30th... nothing yet. They said something like 4-6 weeks.

My miles posted by the way - on April 30th according to current statement (tho I can tell you they were not posted two weeks ago).. at the 4 points to 1 mile ratio. Also posting was the 500 miles for the online survey response..

Exactly the same for me. Fingers crossed that I can use them before US goes bankrupt!
