Whereto?

I know I have seen this question answered before but I could not find it. So if someone could please answer it for me.
I bought a ticket from Bos-Lon. Since that time the fare has decreased. How do I get the difference in fare refunded to me?
Thanks.
Yes, it has been posted elsewhere here, but I just saw a lower rate for the same flight I am taking in two weeks (BDL-PIT-SAN) and when I called the GP line, after looking up my info, the flight and pricing, she told me she would issue a voucher for the difference.
Before I called, I checked that the flight I previously purchased was still there and the price was lower (ON THE EXACT TRIP).
Whereto:
Call US. You'll likely get a voucher for the difference in fare. If you want cash, you'll have to pay the $150 ticket-change fee, which will probably negate any savings.
