I was just wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to convert my 2181 USAirways miles American Express Membership Reward points, Holiday Inn Priority Club points, or HiltonHonors points. Thanks

Where do you want these points to go?
Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to do this. If there is, someone enlighten me!
If you have AA points, you can at least combine the US points for an award.

According to the Hilton Honors Terms & Conditions on the Hilton website, USAir is not a participant in the Hilton Honors miles for points exchange program [although USAir is a "partner" for earning Honors points associated with a Hilton stay].
