Thanks much for the information. I got two this morning as a gift for sister and husband. JUST FYI, these are not able to be upgraded at all. Just like round trip flight credits, or 25K awards. Not even for standby, space available or even as a paid upgrade. Verified this with Chairman's Desk this AM.

btw- 25k award tickets are upgradeable w/ paid 800 mile certs

This ended February 28, 2001, RTFC, and 25K Awards, can not be upgraded at all with or without $$$. Per CP Desk and DM department.
