Has anyone used the Rome arrivals lounge/showers? If so, where are they and are they available to passengers using SWU's to Envoy? Thanks.

They are available to all Envoy and First passengers, regardless of how they got those seats. I remember reading they are in the terminal you arrive in at FCO, but because I had to make a connection to Athens, I never got to see it. Check with the Envoy agent, in the Envoy departure lounge, when you leave PHL.
