Could somebody please help me out here? I'm trying to use miles to go to New Zealand this year. I currently have the following on various airlines:

60K on USAir
48K on Alaska
25K on American
7K on Northwest

Who are partners with USAir that will get me to New Zealand? Also, is there any way to combine my USAir miles with miles from other airlines to get the ticket? Thanks for your help; much appreciated.

One of US's partners is Qantas. 80,000 miles gets you a free r/t to Pacific Destinations on QF. 60,000 miles gets you 50% off two r/t coach tickets. If there's two of you going, I'd take the 50% award.

I believe that you can still combine US & AA miles with almost no restrictions and fly on either airline, but I don't know if 85K miles is enough to get you where your going??

Combination of US and AA miles will do you no good as it's only good on either airline's own awards (unless AA codeshare on QF metal is allowed).

Combining US and AA miles is onbly good for US and/or AA metal. No code-shares. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif

Great - thanks everybody. I'm travelling solo but this gives me some ways to start. Thanks again!
