standby

I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts regarding the A330 Envoy service? I'm using my sytermwides for a quick trip to FRA this December. I'm a former standby brat; one of my parents works for US Airways, and I used to go many places. One of my favorites was Germany, and I often paidn the upgrade fee to fly business and then Envoy.
Anyway, I remember from the 767s that the fourth row in Envoy did not recline as much as the seats in rows 1-3. So my simple question is which seat or row is best on the new A330? Specifically, do you prefer to be in the main Envoy cabin or the one where there are just two rows?
Additionally, any other updates on envoy on the Airbus would be appreciated (are the amenity kits better? Are the snacks still the same?)
thanks in advance!
