The $99-ticket you get each year with the DM Visa has to be used with a ticket you paid at least $399 for. Can you get a standard fare-drop voucher if the price of the $399-ticket drops?
For example, you buy tickets when the fare is $400. You pay $400 for one ticket and $99 for the other.
Later, the fare drops to $250. Can you get a voucher on the $400-ticket for the fare drop? If so, you could theoretically use the annual $99-ticket without having to pay at least $399 for the companion.
