Not sure what you're asking for as you haven't mentioned what you want to use the miles for - but since US's old miles shouldn't have expired, you should be able to use them. If you don't have 20k-25k miles for a free ticket, remember that you can combine your US miles with AA miles to get an AA award under the still in effect mileage marketing relationship (assuming you have an AA account).

You'll want to check the US website to see how many miles you have, and then decide from there.

I agree with CLTFlyer. I do not believe (unlike UA, DL, AA and until just recently TWA) that USAirways protected their old miles with old award charts more than just for a year.
