Sorry, but maybe I am not up to date. I cannnot find the online access to the Dividend Miles account. I can hardly imagine that there is not any, while all other major airlines provide this service. Any help? Thanx.

Currently, there is no access to Div. Miles accounts through the web site. Priority Travel Works, the software available to Preferred members, does offer the account information. The web site will soon offer this feature (or so I hear). Cheers.

And it's lousy and a significant reduction in what we had with Pacer - Doesn't SABRE remind you of the Business Select coach/business seats that US Airways spent $50 million on - what a mess -

Steve- Keep in mind that if we still used Pacer at U we would have NOTHING come Y2K. Pacer was not Y2K compliant as was never going to be. U had to change. The new Sabre system is the basic system and U will add additional capabilities to it as the conversion progresses. As these bells and whistles are added, service, access to account info, etc. will arrive. Any time you do a major software conversion you start with the basic program and add features (additional software) as the system comes online and the bugs are worked out.
