Anyone else have trouble actually receiving their US ff tickets (or paid tickets, if ordered by phone directly from US)?
I booked two 1st class seats from BWI-SFO in early December for February travel. One was a ff ticket, the other was paid (at a sale fare and then upgraded with customer service upgrades). I called about a week ago and was told I had been ticketed long ago, that perhaps the mail was slow, and that I should give it another couple of weeks.
The ff ticket arrived yesterday, postmarked 1/12; the paid ticket still has not arrived.
Is this related to US' recent change in their computer system? Or are they always this slow?
