Additional rules I'd like to see in the Quiet Car, any violation of which would warrant immediate eviction:
1. Failing to close the bin doors.
2. Slamming the bin doors when closing them.
3. Thinking that just because you're close to your destination, you no longer need to be quiet in the Quiet Car.
4. Eating potato chips.
5. Not muting your Lenovo laptop, so that every time the power goes on or off, an audible chime alerts everyone that the power to your laptop has gone on or off.

Double on #3. And I'm with you on all except #4 (although if it were a really big bag of potato chips, instead of the single-serving size they have in the NYP Acela lounge, I might change my mind).
