You donīt even have to create a new profile.

Your name and e-mail-address are enough.

You receive an automatic confirmation (in english - I think it is directly from
Amadeus).

One day later I also received another confirmation in Swedish.

You can check the reservation through the Amadeus-Code (http://www.checkmytrip.com) or through the confirmation number of the hotel (works at least with Ritz-Carlton).

Check FHR rates online!
I presume the rate listed doesn't include taxes and all that. If I try to follow the reservation through I can't find them anywhere though.

I just tried this for Amanjara in PLS and for some reason it didn't come up at all, although Grace Bay did. Any ideas?

you have to get the location "right" (how their system stores it) sometimes its a pain.

also, sometimes french site works when other doesnt, and vice versa. (french might be only one working right now)

777 American Express Way
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33337

You could also try calling the regular AmEx number on the back of your card and ask who took over for Doria Camaraza.

No more FHR rates online!

It seems like the last two remaining sites (French & Swedish) also do not show the FHR rates anymore!

So the only possibility left is to call AMEX

Is there really no way to check FHR rates online anymore? I used the French site about two months ago (so after it was posted here that it would not work) but now it seems to be down for maintenance all the time.

Not sure why those rates are such a secret and you have to call AMEX to find out. Why don't they have a simply online booking engine for those hotels for all the card holders?!?
