MR points to Southwest airline ticket redeem rate?
Southwest is my AMEX platinum business card selected airline.
I used this card to book tickets, then called AMEX travel to redeem with points.
I was told the rate is 1 dollar equals 167 points. If book through AMEX travel, it's 1 dollar to 100 points.
It let me feel quite upset. MR points is no much value for SW in this way.

I book ticket by southwest.com directly
After charge is post, I can call AMEX travel to redeem with MR points, or use membershiprewards.com to redeem.
The problem is very poor rate, 100 dollar needs 16,700 points.
