Targeted: MR (USA) to HHonors 33% transfer bonus (1000:2010) 11.1.2015 - 12.31.2015
Just saw on my account this morning - transfer bonus of 33% when transferring from Membership Rewards to Hilton HHonors
1000 MR = 2010 HHonors
1000 MR = 2010 HHonors

The expiration date is buried:

Only you can answer this, and here are some considerations that I would use to decide:
How many more points do you need for your intended redemption, and how else might you earn them? There are four HH credit cards which may be able to generate what you need through new account bonuses.
If you do not transfer to Hilton, how will you use your Membership Rewards points?
