You can also try changing browsers to see if that makes a difference.
Interestingly, I was accessing the new functionality yesterday using Chrome, but today it no longer pops up for me. However, switching to Safari, I am again able to access it.

Personal Plat - I see FHR rates with Internet Explorer. I don't see rates with Chrome or Firefox.

Not to derail into technical stuff too much, but it's unlikely it's browser-specific. What it actually probably is, is that they're showing it to some percentage of sessions, and session ids are typically stored in cookies. Each of your browsers will have its own set of cookies which is why you might see it in one browser but not another. I'd bet you'd be equally likely to get it by clearing the cookies in the same browser and trying again (maybe a few times). It's possible they're using other criteria too, though, so that might not be enough for everyone to get it.

I just found a link to this page: https://www.amextravel.com/featured_hotel_searches/new
From there, all the FHR prices and options are available on the regular travel site. Until now, I could not see these new pages.
I can also see the FHR info when not logged in with a different browser - in this case they ask Plat/Cent to log in to see the FHR rate.
