I just used the offer in an unintended way. I booked a FHR reservation and a few days later cancelled the original reservation and rebooked the same hotel at a lower rate. When combined, the reservations totaled over $300. This morning, I got the email that the offer was triggered. So the offer is cumulative and the booking money counts.

I don't know if the $300 is required at one hotel or can be split among multiple but since the Amex email said the offer was used at Mandalay reservations, I'd assume at same property but YMMV.

With booking spend counting, I can book stays past 6/30 as long as the booking charge is before 6/30.

The bad news is that I burned the offer on that card since I expect the offer will be clawed back when the refund hits.

Anyone here used FHR for the Bellagio recently? I'm wondering if the breakfast credits are only during breakfast hours or if they are just generic F&B discounts?

As of last November, the credits apply throughout the day. After all, breakfast in Vegas is available 24 hours, what with the many time zones to which visitors are acclimated, to say nothing of the general debauchery.

In any case, the credits are good at Cafe Bellagio (in the conservatory) and Palio. Anything ordered/purchased at either location was fully credited under the FHR "breakfast" benefit.

We're returning in June and expect to find it the same.

Just returned from two one night stays at the Four seasons Vegas and one night stay at the Bellagio
Four Seasons was amazing as usual. The spa credit was unusable due to them being booked full that day so they let me switch it to a food credit at their restaurant.

Bellagio upgraded me to a suite level fountain view room and allowed me to apply our food credit to the cabana we rented for the day instead of the restaurant credit

Yes, it is included.

They should reach out to you proactively; if you haven't heard from them a few days ahead of time then I would call to arrange the pickup.

My experience

First time using FHR and am extremely satisfied.

Booked Encore Panoramic Suite through Platinum Travel for 5 nights. Flight landed early so I arrived at 10:45 AM. Was immediately presented with all FHR benefits and told I'd been upgraded to a Tower Suite (Score!). My room wasn't ready right away, but I went and had brunch and room was ready by 11:30.

Have a second reservation here that starts on Friday where I booked a Tower Suite and was told by the front desk I'd be upgraded to a Parlour Suite (not guaranteed but she said it should be all good).

They're not very good at the proactive part. I had a 2 bedroom sky suite booked before and I had to end up calling them.
