Thank you. What is really interesting about this is that it provides some indication of the cost to build and operate a lounge.
- $5-6 million to build (8,500 Square feet)
- $1 million per year rent
- 40-50 employees
- 300,000 annual visitors

I wonder how much the AA and US Airways partnership costed to them, and if they are "saving" spending all that money in new Lounges.

Correct, but there are three other lounges accessible to American Express Centurion and Platinum cardholders:
- Concourse F: Club America (Priority Pass)
- Concourse H: Delta Skyclub (if flying DL)
- Concourse J: VIP Lounge Miami (Priority Pass)
