The sooner I no longer have to deal with the MIA Admirals Clubs the better!

Question for mia, or anyone who knows. Is there a transportation method to go from terminal J/H to terminal D? How long would it take me to get from the Centurion Lounge (if it opens there in terminal D), to a LAN gate (Terminal H)?

Because I see it on this map, but I can't remember another transportation method other than the train that takes us to the Car Rentals.

It is not possible to move between these terminals inside security. (Scroll back to post 31.)

Outside security there is a moving sidewalk system. It runs approximately where the white line separates the gray area from the red, yellow and blue areas. I think most people would walk inside the terminal buildings from H/J to D, rather than using the moving sidewalk, which is on level 3.

Moving walkways, also known as Skyride, are located on the third level and connect the main terminal with parking garages and MIA Mover train station to the Rental Car Center (RCC). These walkways span the length of the terminal building, allowing passengers to quickly transit from concourse to concourse.

Thanks for the answer, mia. So, according to this screenshot from Miami International's website, the only Airlines that will be able to use the Centurion Lounge will be American Airlines, Qatar and US Airways? that's kind of strange.

Correct, but only E, not the entire Yellow terminal.

That is a map of gate counter locations, not airline locations.

Customers of airberlin, American Airlines, British Airways, Finnair, Iberia, Interjet, Qatar Airways, US Airways and Westjet will have access to the lounge.

That is not strange at all - that's ~70% of the airport's customers.

You don't want to know .
I was just joking about the "need", that's why I wrote that "(?)". But if anyone has some info/updates on this lounge, it would be great!

I inquired at a couple other Centurion lounges this weekend, they said all they've heard is "1st Quarter 2015" and no specific date has yet been announced.

The location makes sense to me. The other terminals (Besides G), have Skyclub or lounges with Priority Pass access.

They have changed their official wording from "First Quarter of 2015" to "Early 2015," if you noticed.

I'm thinking we may get to enjoy this lounge in the next 4-6 weeks.

Miami will be the last of the announced full service Centurion Lounges to open. Posts discussing when members would like it to open, and posts discussing whether it is appropriate to post about such, have been exported to a new thread:

Centurion Lounge MIA [Future]

Just checked in at LGA. If LGA Centurion lounge staff is to be believed, they are looking at April for MIA.
