This postcard recently arrived for someone here who is a Gold AMEX member, but not for myself (Plat).
I'm going to guess that this may be targeted, but how I don't know......
(Below is paraphrased)

2 Ways to Earn Triple Miles
1. Use any AMEX MR enrolled card from April 15, 2002 to June 30, 2002 and earn Triple miles for all purchases (food, lodging, admission, souvenirs, etc.) at any of the Disneyland Parks/Resorts in California.
2. Use the card to purchase a Disney California Vacation Package from AMEX, Disney, or your travel professional, and earn triple miles on that package.
