Error on selecting Airline for $200 credit

Error on selecting Airline for $200 credit

Has anyone else experienced an error on selecting an airline for the credits?

Im receiving the following error on trying to select Delta.

We're sorry. The system is temporarily unavailable. Please try again.
We're sorry. Our systems are currently unavailable to process the airline selection for your Card at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your interest and your Card Membership.

Call or use the chat function to work around the error.

Problem reported HERE on 14 November. Solution is to call the telephone number on back of card.
