I tried today to get a 5k bump on the Mar 29 Plat approval before diving in on 6 other Amex cards.

The offer is for 10,000 MR points. Hopefully my points go through!
I just enrolled my PRG card with the following message "Thank You. You are now enrolled in the Extended Payment Option for your Premier Rewards Gold Card - XXXXX. Please allow 24-48 hours for your enrollment to be processed."
I haven't received any email confirmation yet. Does anyone know if AmEx sends email confirmation for the enrollment? And how long does take for bonus MR points to post?
Anybody actually received this bonus yet? My plat card was approved, rec'd a letter in the mail last week welcoming me to the program, yet no MR have been posted.

It may be useful to read the terms from the link in the link posted by gold644

The Membership Rewards First requirement means that the bonus applies only to Platinum and Centurion cardholders.
How recently? I submitted last week, and I thought some said they got the bonus quickly. I've already gotten the snail mail confirmation from them.
I haven't gotten the snail mail yet - but if I remember correctly it was about a week ago that I signed up. I received the e-mail offer from them on the 8th and applied either that day or a day or two later.
Edit to add: sorry for the ambiguity in my previous post. I meant to say that I submitted about a week ago the first time around.
Also, anyone know if this changes how the card is reported to credit bureaus? If you aren't required to "pay in full" every month is it still technically a "charge" card?
