Guess I will start the year with some good news, normally sign up bonus for Amex personal Gold is 15000, some people may have a referral link for 20000, however, when I used my old referral link recently for my friend and he just checked his account in Dec he got 15000 bonus twice but they posted one month apart like before for my other friends. This is for the Canadian Amex Personal Gold.

It's not a referral, just something I saw posted on another website. Also it requires $30k spend within 1 year to get the last 15000 points

The 15000 bonus points after $30k spend was a feature of the card all along, nothing new.

I believe this is a US card, $2000 spend to get first 25000 points vs. the Canadian card $500 spend to get 30000 points with referral link

Yeah 20K is better than it used to be. I wouldn't go to GCR though. I'd rather refer someone and give them something than send them to GCR - because GCR means 5K less points for you and no referral points - so less MR points being created in the economy
