NetNeutrals EU Ltd. dispute resolution

Just noticed in another AA thread here this language from the bottom of an AA customer service email:

If your comments are related to American Airlines service to, from, or in the United Kingdom and we have reached an impasse in terms of resolving your complaint, please know that we are obligated by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to inform you that the NetNeutrals EU Ltd. (https://www.netneutrals.uk), located at 3 Armley Court, Armley Road, Leeds, LS12 2LB, is a CAA-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider competent to deal with airline service complaints. American Airlines, however, does not participate with NetNeutrals EU Ltd. in resolving disputes.
Has anyone ever used this service? What was the issue and what happened if so?

If it was related to an AA complaint, as noted in the email you quoted, AA would not have resolved a dispute if using that company.

Why did this need a new thread? Question could be asked in much better context in the thread this is from.

Because it's a general question about this service and the thread where I saw the quoted language was about a bad check in experience for a "Trip through LAX in return to DC from Laguna Beach" which wouldn't be eligible to use the U.K. NetNeutrals service at all.
