Well yes and no... Some have reported getting them... And with the last few posts coming on Jan 12 and Feb 22,23 I was wondering how things were coming along on that.

This is FT. Do you really think that the shrinking violets here would be silent for a month if they hadn't gotten their miles?

I did. Only thing I was disappointed about was that some folks here made the issue so high profile with the manufacturer that the manufacturer pulled the promo before I could finish buying the amount I wanted.

Respectfully, this is pure speculation on your part.

The only ones who know why Emmi pulled the profile are the executives of the company itself.

As for the "high profile" issue, that's not the way it happened.

On November 10, 2006, the first post, by tmcneil, in this thread appeared.

Then, three weeks later on December 1, dhacker alerted everyone that Emmi's website had "revoked" the promotion.

The only thing relevant that the posts here show is that a handful of FT members called Emmi just to make certain that their understanding of the terms and conditions of the promotion was correct.

No one has any reason to apologize for doing this.
