Mobile App Updated: Show Inbound Flight (kinda)

FYI - The AA mobile app has been updated. Main new feature is showing the inbound equipment in your flight info screen.

It will be great to judge/guess the timing of your flight's departure.

BUT... doesn't seem to work quite right with the DFW-HKG and HKG-DFW pairing, since the inbound plane doesn't turn back out, but it shows it that way (probably dealing with planes that overnight?)

Also a caution: Especially at hubs, AA may switch your flight to another plane to keep your flight on schedule.

Wirelessly posted (Apple iPhone: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 7_1_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/537.51.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/7.0 Mobile/11D201 Safari/9537.53)

However, both the full HTML website and the mobile website continue to be broken if you try to view incoming aircraft info. When you bring up a flight status and click the link for incoming aircraft, it sends you to an airport code lookup page. Been that way for several weeks.
