AA Exec. Plat. Telephone Line

For the last two weeks, about 50% of the time I call the Exec. Plat. line, the voice recognition software acknowledges my number, but the agent taking the call has to ask again because it didn't come up on the screen. Anyone with similar results?

Sorry, can't say I have had that problem. They always seem to know who I am. The only problem is usually when I am on my cellular and have to repeat it a second time (depending on reception).
