All three of Monday's IAD-LAX have now cancelled. None so far JFK-LAX.

DCA-ORD on mainline have all cancelled; MQ flights still showing on time (but that'll change).

At least calling AA you get music versus being hung up on by UA.

+1. Tomorrow evening's DCA-ORD just canceled but not all DCA-ORD cancelled yet as mentioned above. I'm rebooked to morning. Fingers crossed.

JFK-SFO now also all cancelled for Monday, as well as today's (Sunday) remaining SFO-JFK.

I was watching EF and was interesting to see them at work -- one by one the flights showed up as cancelled.

Hold time on EXP desk now 3 min -- we'll see how that pans out.

Update: going on 12 minutes. But still expecting a far superior AA experience to how UA is handling this.

Further update: took 20 minutes to get through to EXP desk. Easy refund of SFO-JFK itinerary. Bummed because upgrades had all cleared and was going to be a couple of nice flights.

Some late-afternoon/evening MQ flights ex-JFK are now cancelled, like RDU and DCA, probably because Dispatch is canceling the inbounds to keep the aircraft out of the NYC area during the storm. This evening's JFK-BDA flight is cancelled (obviously).

I would expect a lot of evening flights heading TO the NYC area to be cancelled in order to protect the equipment. (and resulting cancellations ex-NYC tomorrow)

Edit - Per Flight Status page on AA.com, all LGA-DFW flights are cancelled tomorrow morning and through the 159pm departure.

My MIA to BDA flight was CXL, and I have no idea if I will get there this week... This may be a lost cause since the only other options arre through JFK! I do not feel like chancing it.

DCA, IAD and BWI are all canceled for Monday. This evening's flights are either full or canceled. I'd expect Tuesday to cancel, too, as the storm is supposed to be worse (for DC area) then.

I'm trying to figure out how to get to SBA for a meeting Wed. May have to cancel.

Just got a text upon landing at JFK due to my proactive rebooking. My original AA 172 has been canceled for tomorrow. I'm shivering now with a mix of relief and wow that is too close of a call. Had i did nothing i would have been screwed.

If this storm last until Tuesday night it may be Wednesday afternopn before the NYC Subway system is operational. That would mean airline, airport and TSA workers not being able to get to work. Unfortunately, this could mean Wednesday afternoon before flights come back into NYC. This could be a long week for anyone traveling.
