IMO, for a PLATINUM like you with business check-in privileges, 5 hours before departure time as suggested above is EXCESSIVE.
I'd suggest arriving at the airport not more than 3 hours before departure time, i.e. plan to be AT the airport at 10:55PM.
If you are in Miraflores or San Isidro, the trip to the airport should be ~45mins. Plan to leave your hotel or place of stay at ~10PM.

However, the only reason to get to the airport five hours early is if you think it's going to take that long to get through security and emigration procedures. As others have mentioned, even if the lines are long, three hours will be more than enough to get through.

By the way, the airport felt completely safe to me once you get inside the front doors. Outside is a little sketchy.
