When flying standby, confirmed on next leg?
Sorry, I looked through the Wiki but didn't see it.
I am flying TUL-DFW-AUS and am PLT, flying with my wife who has no status on the same reservation.
If we fly on same day standby (not confirmed standby/change) and get on an earlier flight from TUL-DFW, are we confirmed on a DFW-AUS flight at the same time or are we taking our chances again when we get to DFW?

You will remain confirmed on the original DFW-AUS flight. You can be added to the standby list for an earlier DFW-AUS flight while in TUL, but you will normally have to wait for DFW to clear you.
