Trouble signing in on aa.com

Anyone have any trouble signing in today at aa.com? it does not recognize my log in, I am not sure if it has to do with the merger? Thanks!

Yes. I just got in and saw this at the top of the page:


"We're working on our systems. Account access may be unavailable and the site may be slower than usual."

I'm trying to book a flight, pages take forever to load and then I get a "too much time has passed" error message.

Hey, AA, I'd like to give you some of my money. Do you want it? It doesn't seem so.

This is an excellent point. It really is the first time in the history of the Internet that a commerce website has been momentarily unavailable during a massive reconfiguration.

Same here, home page won't even load.

Guess AA can make do without my money until they get their **** together.

I can't log in either. If I log in on the home page, as usual, I get a special stand-alone log-in page. And then when I log in again, I just get the same page over again and so on ad infinitum.

When I try to use my Android app it says visit as guest or wait for the new app coming soon

AA and US FFPs are currently merging into the AAdvantage program. 100 million accounts are involved, with myriad details to be migrated and justified.

Many times we've experienced that during weekend batch processes, our accounts may not be available, or show as zeroed out. This is "the mother of batch processes", so instead of Saturday - Sunday account blackouts, it could last longer.

I'm currently getting

Access to your account is unavailable

We're working on our site, and account access is unavailable. Please come back soon to book award travel or manage your account.
Expect this through the weekend, with possible breakthrough periods (or not), and possible recurrent thumps and bumps occasionally from under the hood.

In the meantime, try using your apps.
