CRJ900s (Mesa) on DFW-GSP Route

Hooray! CRJ900 now loaded on roughly half the DFW-GSP flights starting Nov 7. Happy to see F on this midcon. 2+ hrs in E145 is no fun at all.

Anyone know if any other E140 routes from DFW will see such an upgrade? Been hoping to see GSO get a similar up guage.

My flights from XNA to DFW and DFW to COS changed to CR900 in November

This happened to MSN-ORD this month for about half the flights.

Really wish it would happen for MSN-DFW, since that's a good two and a half our flight in an E145.

Good for you guys...still no love for DFW-GSO yet at 999 miles :(

Does this mean it's being operated by Eagle or US Express now? Aren't there some US Express CR9s still flying around without F?

These are brand new CRJ-900s delivered to PSA, based at DFW, and have a 9-seat F cabin and the NextGen interior. They're nice airplanes. Still a CRJ, but good to have the F cabin.

Also going to ABQ, ICT, ELP, and others.

Incorrect on PSA. These are the Mesa CRJ900s that are a combination of new aircraft that expanded their codeshare with AA and legacy CRJ900s (some of the first CRJ900s delivered in the world). These first ones showing up are being displaced from CLT primarily, as Mesa will only fly for AA at PHX and DFW (at this point). I expect them to move into LAX as well.

Mesa and the CR9s are already at LAX, having replaced the Envoy CRJ700s between LAX and the smaller spokes, but they're flying as US Airways Express, not American Eagle.

ORD-MSN-ORD Has Envoy CR7s not the Mesa CR9s.

CRJ900s (Mesa) on DFW-GSP Route

watch out for the 12 aircraft Mesa is flying, crj900, that only have y class.i have had 3 downgrades on day of departure thanks to these aircraft in lax and phx

SkyTeam777 Jan 17, 2015 4:50 pm

Do the CR9s operating for Mesa have meal service up front on appropriate length flights the way Eagle flights do? or just snack basket?
