All breakfast flight out of PHX are now "continental breakfast's" since TUS is not a catering station I would have assumed it would have been a Continental Breakfast flight in the first place.

"Continental Breakfast" *

PDB - orange juice or water

Beverage orders taken and served individually after 10K ft.

Then offered and served from cart:

Corn Flakes
pack of raisins
milk
choice of raisin bagel or biscuit
butter, jam, creamed cheese
selection of juices offered and/or coffee

* this flight was formerly full breakfast with hot or cold entree choice.

I only do this trip once or twice a year, but have been for the past 7 years and always take one of the first two early morning flights to head home. Anyway, unless my memory fails me (which is totally possible) I recall being offered the usual AA breakfast choices of some kind of hot eggs, potatoes, etc. or the cold cereal and fruit, etc. on this TUS - DFW route. With that said the "Continental" choice was good for me as I always pick the cereal/fruit over the eggs/potatoes if available. So, corn flakes with raisins was good for me!

What will be served on my upcoming flights?

Hello,

I'm pretty new here, and thought I would post a question about my trip on February 3rd ... I will be flying on AA in First Class on the following Flights:

AA 294
ORD-MIA
9:35 AM - 1:40 PM
Breakfast
757

AA 1946
MIA-TPA
2:25 PM - 3:30 PM
Beverage?
737

AA 1007
1:55 PM - 3:00 PM
Beverage?
737

AA 1843
5:40 PM - 8:05 PM
Dinner
757

What service can I expect on these flights? Has anyone been on these flights who can remember what was served? And FYI ... I took the FEBO rule into account and am seated in the first row of the even numbered flights and the last row of the odd number flights.

Thank You!

Andrew

You are right. In retrospect, it's a bit crunchier than Frosted Flakes, and I really like it!

I think your memory may be failing you. I fly TUS-DFW at least monthly (and have for several years), almost always one of the first two flights of the day. I've never had an option of anything but cold cereal, bagel, etc.

Out of curiosity, did they assign it a flight number and observe FEBO? Did everyone have a choice of entree?

Also, what nuts/fruits are they using and was it good?

I don't believe FEBO was used. Everybody (F&Y) were given the same items to choose from. The flight was assigned a 9xxx #

The steak was outstanding ^
