AA Website has decided my passport number is invalid
Wondering if anyone else is having this issue? US passport, trip originating LHR. When I try to enter my passport number, AA.com keeps telling me "Please enter a valid Passport number". This is not a new passport (about 3 years old) and I've used it plenty of times before through AA.com.
Has anyone else had similar issues recently? Any resolution?

Only time this has happened to me is when I have entered my passport number wrong. I've been using my passport for six years and a few weeks ago went to put the number in for online check-in and I swore I was putting it in right. Well, turns out my brain wasn't working correctly that day and I had transposed a couple numbers. So I'd say triple check you're inputting it right. Otherwise, maybe call AA and have them put it in?

Wish we had a thread for problems and glitches with AA.com so folks wouldn't have to start new threads for each problem. Oh wait, we do
