737-800, 767-300, 757 Best Seats

Trust me, I've done searches, do you know how many posts come up? I've read most of them, but many are pre-MRTC. I just wanted to make sure we got the best Coach seats flying from the west coast to europe. I was able to get us exit rows (PLT status) so here goes.
SNA-ORD 737-800 seats 14B, 14C
ORD-PAR 767-300 seats 20H, 20J

FCO-DFW 767-300 seats 20H, 20J
DFW-SNA 757 seats 9D, 9E

Do all of these have armrest that come up?
Will I be able to view the inflight movie?
Are these the best seats?
Are the 9D, 9E seats on the 757 bulkhead? If so, is that good or bad?

Thanks in advance.

I believe that 20 H/J on the 763 doesn't have the best leg room if you like a full stretch. No one reclines into you though and the video screen is right in front (small one).

The 757 sounds good if you like the bulkhead. I think the window seats in 10 have great leg room. If I thought I could get the middle seat to stay empty, this is the row I'd take for 2 people.

Have a good trip.
Actually, Row 20 on the 763 is an overwing exit, so it has as much leg room as any coach seat (other than 17H/J, which are usually reserved for crew rest - at the airport, see if you can get those). It is a bulkhead seat, however, so if you want a seat ahead of you, move to the A/B side.

My only complaint with rows 9 and 10 on the 757 is the scarcity of overhead bin space. Rows 17 and 18 have lots of legroom and lots of bin space.

Row 14 on the 737 is the best, IMO.

All exit rows will have fixed armrests with the tray tables within. If lifting armrests is important, give up the exit row legroom (I certainly wouldn't).
*best* seat?? The left one.

Everyone keeps mentioning the bulkhead is a bad thing? Is it better to have a seat in front of me instead of the bulkhead seat? I guess I never really paid attention if the bulkhead was a bad seat.
