No luck here, no matter what I pick, I get 3rd place. Is there a trick?

Assuming you are using a different email address each time, just keep trying.

Play the Great GoGo Race

I got an email on this promotion today.

My daughter, the hacker, discovered that large corps (ibm, cisco, disney) addresses are heavily favoured, whereas gmail, yahoo, etc. almost always get a 25% code. .gov addresses on the other hand almost always get a free code. Go figure.

What sort of data was collected to reach this conclusion?

My own experience is consistent with other posters who have stated their win/loss ratio. I have gotten 2 free sessions in 23 attempts.

The contest rules state they are giving away 60,000 free sessions and that the odds of winning depend on the number of entries. Although there are three options to choose from, it is unrealistic to expect a 1 in 3 chance of winning as there probably will be many, many more than 180,000 game plays.

Well, I wasn't so anal as to count every attempt and then perform a statistical analysis, so I can't give exact numbers, but over 70 plays were invoked and the results were as I stated above. Just sharing the good word, brothuh.

First post--although many years of, um, lurking. First try, happened to be on a yahoo account, yielded a free code. Will use Tues so not posting this one, will post others if won. Just a way to say thanks for loads of sound advice and even more laughter.

Enjoy!

All of the free codes have been used! I managed to win just before my flight, but I thought I'd check these.

I have a bunch of 25% off if anyone wants them, and I'll post any free codes I win...

Or if it doesn't work you can try this one:

I don't remember which one I used.

Thanks for the heads up, arboc7.

I suspect they were used by lurkers who are not even FT members.
If you're not going to contribute to FlyerTalk, then go find your damn own codes.

Good point. Maybe one-time-use codes are better posted over in Coupon Connection?

How do you get the codes

I played the game about 10 times with gmail accounts and won 3. But have not gotten any codes via the e-mail addresses I gave.
