Main dish - fish in tomato sauce with vegetables and wild rice.
Fresh fruit for dessert
Snack was a more substantial beef entree instead of the hot pizza.
Overall a decent meal. Of course, anything out of ZRH is bound to be semi decent.

Caibbean usually gets the same, if not worse than domestic (for example, JFK-SJU, a 4 hour flight, has a dinner service thats worse than DFW-LAX, a 3 hour flight). Salad, entree, and a slice of cake. No ice cream, no appetizer. FYI, AA's "international" definition specifically excludes the Caribbean.
Central America and beyond gets a slightly improved/larger salad for lunch and dinner and a larger tropical fruit plate for breakfast. Lunch and dinner both get ice cream.

Spent a week driving around Switzerland in a rented Mercedes some years ago during the fall season. Zurich to St. Moritz to Zermatt to Wengen and back to Zurich. It was truly a wonderful trip! And back in the day, Swissair's business class service LAX-ZRH and ZRH-JFK was superb.....
