Was that also 2477? The downgauging might explain why upgrades on this flight have been so tight for several of us.

I realize every round trip has to be a standalone PNR, but can you nest as long as they are separate PNR? For example

ORD-SFO Day1 (PNR1)
SFO-DFW Day 2 (PNR2)
DFW-SFO Day 3 (PNR2)
SFO-DFW Day 4 (PNR3)
DFW-SFO Day 5 (PNR3)
SFO-ORD Day 6 (PNR1)

Any issues with this?

No issues with nesting.

Careful with the weather on that first flight, although if you're really doing it over six days you're probably fine

It would be more compacted than the six days, but I felt that example was easier. I'm ORD-based, but figure I'm bound to run into problems running back and forth to ORD (wind, ceilings, snow, who knows) so DFW would be an easier run to use. I'll definitely allow buffer on the positioning.

One more question. It's a bit of a daft question since I've read the terms a dozen times, but want to make sure before I got to this flying. I live in Illinois. I can still qualify for the DEQ11 on DFW-SFO and DFW-LAX, correct?

travel for 1/1 for me has posted but not 1/7. so, along with your data point it seems like 1/6 is the cutoff for what has posted so far

Confused

I have already completed one roundtrip (SFO-ORD on 1/3 and 1/13). I already have noticed that some EQM have posted. So, it is 1846 miles each direction. I now have 5538 EQM for the year (1846*3). I have read the threads about the double-promos being 3x the miles, not 4x. But, I just want to make sure this is a valid amount (Math is really not a strength of mine!)

I'm only curious because it would still seem that another 1846 would still be posted ...

1846 (original miles)
3692 (double miles - DEQ11)
1846 (additional - DEQAA)
= 5538 (x2 for each direction) = 11076

Maybe the other bonus are staggering in the posting? Just want to make sure because I am doing multiples of these upcoming and will sure things will cross-post.

DEQ11 & DEQAA are stackable but do not double each other. You should get 3x when both are in play. So a r/t ORD SFO is (1846x2) 3695 and triple that would be 11076 total to be posted. Keep it mind it is triple total and not triple plus original.

Also, you get another 1846 RDMs added, but that should be a line item in your account and easy to see. It would be nice if they provided line item detail for points and EQMs just to keep confirmation calls down.

Sorry I can't read through all 50 pages.

If all I am traveling is DFW-SFO round trip, do I get both DEQ11 and DEQAA bonus miles?

Thanks.

How about just the first page with FAQ?
Anyway, the answer is yes if you do it in January.

With DEQAA, do the extra miles count towards earning 500-mile upgrades as well?

Yes if you do it in January AND are a resident of Texas or California AND register for both promotions. Otherwise it's double miles through the end of March.

Only actual flown miles count towards Stickers & Million Miler Status.
