Just curious - how much time does it take you guys to get 300 approved searches (= 100 miles)? Since only 1 in every 2-3 searches qualifies (at least for me), it can take 1-1.5 hours to get this done - probably a waste of time...

Mine is loaded in Firefox and almost every search I do qualifies. Ford, Toshiba, Computers, San Diego, etc.
Just about I enter moves the counter.

You will get a qualfied hit most of the time if search for anything that is sold at Kohls or REI

Seems in my experience that the things that cause most of my invalid searches are short search terms, like single words, and rapid-firing several in a row. Although it may mean a few more characters typed than normal for Google or regular Yahoo (this is some kind of .......ized form, it seems), if I just do some now and then rather than one after another, and click on some of the results, most of them work.

No doubt someone will tell me I'm wasting my time but it's not a lot and it's worth it to me.

Just search for whatever websites you would usually go to via your bookmarks or favorites. By mid-month without any extra effort you should have maxed out the miles.

Isn't it amazing how 3 miles from iTunes make our day? It's always like X-mas when another mile somehow makes it into the account, in our quest for that next whatever-milestone. Just don't say we're not addicted.

Well, we are adicted!

I have 100 miles pending from Yahoo search as well.

Progress!

My miles haul is from ValueMags. Almost ridiculous!

Did anyone have their toolbar reset today - as in, like it's supposed to?

It's 9/1, time for a new month and new miles, and mine is still reading "max monthly miles earned" as it was back in late August... (grrrr) Just more brilliance from Vesnia, I guess.

Looks like the trick if your searches/miles counter is to reboot, which I had to do for other reasons and which promptly restored the counter. (Just closing IE, which I tried specficially to reset the counter before posting, did not work.)

I see some peeps have been having search miles posting problems, but mine have all done fine - see them as pending entries, 100/month, usually running about 1 month behind.
